- Pay of Feb 1541: 18s 4d, paid to her hand, for 4 tons and 11 feet of timber of her had and employed at Rochester at 4s 6d the ton with carriage thereof, the timber hand from Belse wood. Also 36s, paid to her hand, “for 12 loads of scaffold poles of her had for the king’s use at 3s the load with carriage of the same, had from Dels wood.”
